Wine making

Appareance

Cherry-red colour, dense, deep purple highlights. Robe rouge violacé intense. Profond.

Nose

Complex, generous, slight boom flowers aromas, subtle violet aromas, slight eucalyptus aromas, subtle liquorice aromas, generous blackcurrant aromas, intense cherry aromas, cocoa aromas, slight guarrigue aromas, slight liquorice aromas, slight cocoa aromas, subtle leather aromas. Nez épicé, fruits rouges noirs ( mûres, cerises, cassis, cacao, réglisse).

Palate

Well-balanced, generous, quaffable, generous morello cherries hints, intense fruit jam hints, slight cocoa hints, elegant tannin, fine tannin, polished tannin, round, slightly mineral, structured body, good intensity, long length. Tannins présents , élégant, fins et nobles.
